Example: Split text "Number and Name" into different columns

    ●Step1：選取要分割之儲存格或欄 Select the cell or column that you want to split

    ●Step2：點選資料Click DATA→資料剖析Text to Columns

    ●Step3：點選分隔符號Click Delimited→下一步Next

    ●Step4：點選分隔符號[空格]Select the Delimiters for your data[Space]→下一步Next
